Why Fortnite is Dying.








Skill:
Skill has gone down tremendously. People can literally hold down left click on an smg and move
my mouse left and right and still kill someone. That is one of the dumbest things to ever be in the
game. Building is completely ruined because one smg can block you from building COMPLETELY.
Bloom is SUPER bad in this game. I have played 15 games today and about half of them was the
other person getting better bloom. I'd also say that 10/15 were them just being straight up luckier
than me. I have also been experiencing many server issues, at least for NA-EAST, I know it's not
just me because my friends and other people were complaining about the lag. It was so bad that it
would take 1 second to place a wall. I died to this once as well. This is not okay, for a company
with this much money, servers should NOT BE A PROBLEM. Thankfully RPG's got shadow
nerfed, and are fine. They also got rid of peeking. That was so dumb, it literally makes it so low
ground is better than high ground when fighting in small bases. The person on high ground has
to completely reveal their head and chest for 1 second before being able to get vision and shoot
the person below them. By the way that 1 second is enough to die to an smg, sniper, or MAYBE
a shotgun.


Hypocrisy: So people complained about how OP shotguns were and that they needed to be balance.
Well, smg's literally can kill faster than shotguns and have a bonus of being skilless and being able to
obstruct someone's building severely. What happened to balancing and making weapons an option to
open more playstyles? Carrying a single shotgun is suicide and I hate to say that. If you get against
someone who has played enough to be able to aim NEAR someone's body will be able to kill so many
people if they play rotations right, etc. People who said that also said that spam weapons will be nerfed
when the building nerf comes, oh, well, here it is, but no smg nerf... The hypocrisy is very real with the
smgs being overpowered and them not complaining about it because it takes a ton less skill then a
shotgun.


Changes: Tac shotguns should stay the same, Pumps should do a max of like 210 or something, and
heavy's should do the old pump damage. I think there should be no double shotgun, as it won't be
needed. Swap delay should be completely removed. Swap delay is one of the dumbest things to come
out, and in my opinion started the downfall of fortnite. patch 3.5. Peek should come back but head
glitching or fast peaking should be addressed. The circles at the end should be calculated to make each
player move at the same time. I have noticed that every end game is luck based unless the last player is
pretty bad or you make and insane outplay. 4th circle and on should be calculated.


I hope people agree because this game is 65% luck, and 35% skill. Not fun to play a game where
someone who just plays their first game wins vs you because they got lucky.


P.S: Bloom is
where sustained fire will decrease the accuracy of the weapon being fired and also increases the
size of the reticle. Also when your shot is supposed to hit based on a computer generated chance.
